             Camp 2 July 7-9
             Camp 3 July 14-16

TIME: Check-in 12:00 -1:30pm
           Check-out 12:00pm         

COST: OVERNIGHT: $625
            COMMUTER: $510
            ($200 Deposit or Pay in Full at registration)

IMPORTANT: Please read before you register!

Every camper must submit a Medical Waiver Form to participate in the camp.
You have three options:

1) Upload the COMPLETED and SIGNED Medical Waiver Form (pdf) during registration.
2) Register and return at a later time to upload the completed Medical Waiver Form.
3) Submit the completed Medical Waiver Form at camp check-in.

CLICK HERE to download and print the Maryland Lacrosse Camp Medical Waiver Form.

If you have registered and would like to return to upload your camper's SIGNED and COMPLETED Medical Waiver Form:

1. Login in the upper right corner using the username you used to register initially
2. Select your Player's role with the camp
3. Under 'Player' in the upper right, select 'Player Registration'
4. Proceed to the registration screen and upload the Medical Waiver Form (must be pdf)
5. Scroll down and click 'Submit Registration' to save your changes.
